At Sheople, we print each item to order — no mass production, no stockroom full of shirts. That’s why all sales are final unless something’s wrong with your order.
When We’ll Accept a Return
We’ll replace or refund your order if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective

You receive the wrong item
What You Need to Do
- Email support@notmysheople.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the problem
What We Don’t Accept
We can’t process returns or refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- If you entered the wrong shipping address, you’ll need to cover reshipping costs
