Returns & Refunds

At Sheople, we print each item to order — no mass production, no stockroom full of shirts. That’s why all sales are final unless something’s wrong with your order.

When We’ll Accept a Return

We’ll replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item

What You Need to Do

  1. Email support@notmysheople.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos of the problem

What We Don’t Accept

We can’t process returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Normal wear and tear

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • If you entered the wrong shipping address, you’ll need to cover reshipping costs
